Our Process on a Santaluz Yard

Every visit starts the same way. Power broom and power sweep clear loose debris first. Then we apply a peroxide-based cleaning solution to the turf surface, working it into the areas that get the heaviest use, usually a strip near a side gate or a patio slider. Fresh pet-friendly infill replaces what gets flushed out. We reserve the extractor for yards with a genuinely tough smell that does not clear after the solution step. On a well-maintained Santaluz yard, that is not always necessary.
