That is it. No steam, no additives. Hot water extraction only, because it is what actually lifts mineral crust and urine salts without cooking the backing or stripping the blade coating.

How long does it take?

Most Rancho Bernardo backyards take about 45 minutes. A yard that has gone two summers without service needs a slower second pass, and that can double the time, because one pass will not lift what has bonded that deep.
