Our Process on a Scripps Ranch Yard

We start every job with a power broom and power sweep to clear the loose stuff off the surface. Then we work a peroxide-based cleaning solution into the high-use areas - the path along a side gate, the spot under a trampoline, wherever a dog runs the fence line. Pet-friendly infill goes down after that, and we finish with a walk-through to check for anything the first pass missed.

A yard with a tough smell gets one more step. We run the extractor on those specifically. Most Scripps Ranch yards we clean don't need it, since the dry inland air here keeps odor from building up the way it does closer to the coast. But if a customer has three dogs and a shaded yard that never fully dries, that's when the extractor comes out.
