Mr. Green Turf Clean provides professional artificial turf cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

- Pet odor elimination and sanitization
- Stain removal
- Power grooming and de-matting
- Infill redistribution
- Debris removal
- Weed control
- Commercial turf maintenance
- Seam and edge repair
Services are provided in San Diego County, California. Service availability may vary by location.
Service Booking and Scheduling
Booking Process
Services may be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Service Confirmation
We will confirm your appointment via phone, email, or text message. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to receive confirmations and updates.
Access Requirements
You must provide safe and reasonable access to the artificial turf areas requiring service. This includes:
- Securing pets during service
- Removing obstacles from the service area
- Providing access to water and electricity if needed
- Ensuring gates are unlocked or providing entry instructions
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customer Cancellations
We understand that schedules change. We request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Company Rescheduling
In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule your service. We will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative date at no additional charge.
No-Show Policy
If our technicians arrive at the scheduled time and are unable to perform the service due to lack of access, pet interference, or other customer-related issues, a service call fee may apply.
Payment Terms
Pricing
Service pricing is based on the size of the turf area, condition, and services requested. We provide free quotes before any work begins. Pricing quoted is valid for 30 days from the quote date.
Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, check, and electronic payment methods. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Recurring Services
Customers enrolled in recurring maintenance plans will be billed according to the schedule agreed upon (monthly, quarterly, etc.). You may cancel recurring services with 30 days' written notice.
Service Guarantee
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for our Pet Turf Sanitization and Deep Cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the results within 14 days of service, contact us and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.
Guarantee Limitations
Our guarantee does not cover:
- New pet waste or contamination occurring after service
- Pre-existing turf damage or defects
- Issues caused by customer actions or neglect
- Normal turf wear and aging
Liability Limitations
Service Limitations
While we take great care in providing our services, Mr. Green Turf Clean is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or conditions of the artificial turf
- Damage caused by improper turf installation
- Normal wear and tear of artificial turf
- Damage caused by pets, weather, or third parties after service
- Underground utilities, irrigation systems, or drainage not disclosed to us
Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Indirect Damages
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or these Terms.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your turf and service needs
- Disclose any known issues or concerns about your turf
- Ensure safe access to the service area
- Secure pets during service appointments
- Pay for services as agreed
- Notify us of any hidden hazards or obstacles
Insurance and Licensing
Mr. Green Turf Clean is fully licensed and insured to provide artificial turf cleaning services in California. We maintain general liability insurance to protect both our team and our customers.
