Our process runs about 90 minutes for a standard 300-to-600-square-foot yard:
- Power brush the entire surface to decompact infill and lift matted fibers. We run a specialized rotary brush that reaches the infill layer without damaging the turf backing.
- Apply enzyme-based sanitizer at 60 PSI through our turf-specific spray system. This penetrates the infill where bacteria, pet waste residue, and mold spores live.
- Flush and extract the contaminated infill material, then redistribute clean infill to restore proper drainage rates.
- Final brush and inspection - we check drainage at multiple points and make sure fibers stand upright across the whole surface.
